The UX Researcher interviewed Design Directors and provided the following insights to the team:
Not overly concerned with tools or process, focused on goals.
With multiple teams and timelines, tracking all statuses of projects can be difficult and inconsistent.
Scaling, optimizing efficiency, and communication are challenging.
How might we optimize project efficiency and team management for Creative Directors, empowering them to make more informed decisions?
We developed a story within the Design Director's workflow that guides us in deciding the narrative to share with stakeholders and which screens to design.
We discovered discrepancies in metrics. How to measure collaboration was unclear. The organizational perspective seemed intriguing but lacked value for the target audience. They emphasized prioritizing project status and tasks.
We came up with a new version to helps users to improve accountability by providing a more tactical, daily view with valuable insights provided by AI.
The first design version highlights an interesting Collaboration view but might not merit top priority. Different dot sizes and colors could be clearer. However, Asset Creation is a standout success, showing promise for further development.
Building on the insights from the earlier findings, the aim for the new version was to enhance accountability. This involved prioritizing status updates, next steps, and tasks, while also improving the clarity and measurability of engagement.
The objective was to streamline user tasks, such as approvals, with Adobe aiming to expedite and enhance the overall process sharing file source and assets to the rest of the team.
Through design iterations, we successfully aligned user needs with business requirements.
While enthusiasm for the project is great, it's crucial to focus on adding content that truly brings value to the user.
AI can not only interpret complex graphics but also provide recommendations and clear actions.
Obtaining early feedback from actual users will enhance the product and improve the solution.
